  I've been to a few personal training studios, but this one is by far the best!!! When I started, I told my trainer I wanted to lose weight, and gain muscle. He is so knowledgeable (all the trainers are there), and helped me lose 30+ lbs, and I absolutely have gained muscle. He's encouraged me to do things I never thought were possible for me (run a 15k and 1/2 marathon). I'd definitely recommend this studio, all the trainers are great!!!

  After a little over a month, my experience with Fitness Together has been terrific and I highly recommend their personal approach. Although at an earlier point in my life I was very "fit", injuries happen, time passes and I'm now in my late sixties, the mirror is not kind, and I'm far from "fit". Matt, Sean and Alex are highly skilled and doing an amazing job with accommodating my challenges and working to get me back into a reasonable level of fitness. I am using both the private sessions and the "Pack" sessions, happy with both and the team has helped coach me to be able to fill in at home between sessions.
